Requirements:
The ability to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties.
Your own insured transportation.
Need to pass criminal background and drug screen test.
What We Provide:
–Comprehensive Paid Training. This isn’t like cleaning your own home. We are going to show you how the pros do it! Starting at $13 per hour for your first 10 days of training. Once the training period is over, you are promoted to our commission scale where cleaners make anywhere from $15 to $23 per hour depending on speed, efficiency, and willingness to tackle more houses in a day. Hours/Pay: Compensation is commission based and you will typically make between $15 and $23 per hour once your 10 day training period is complete. The hours for this position begin between 8:30am and 9:15am (we will work with you to decide your designated arrival time) and ending times between 3:45pm (or earlier) and 5:45pm (never later.) The reason for these varying end times is because you are required only to work until the assignments for the day are completed.
