Cleaning Pricing / Estimates

We do things differently depending on if you are interested in a 1x clean, or recurring service.

For one time cleans, we will do a detailed phone estimate. We will get all relevant information including the size of your home, the rooms you’d like cleaned, your budget, etc. We charge one time cleans by the hour at $78 per person, per man hour, plus state tax. Please note that we do have a minimum cost of $253 which covers 3 man hours. This is just our shop minimum required to work with us, the majority of jobs cost more than this. For recurring service, the most accurate method for accurate pricing is an in-home estimate. This allows us to walk through your home with you and take very detailed notes on your specific preferences. After the estimate you will be given 2 quotes: one estimated hourly rate for your first clean, and a flat fee for your recurring maintenance cleans. Please note that recurring maintenance cleans are charged by the job, not by the hour, so the fee given to you is a fixed rate. You can be
confident that the price won’t change without an advanced agreement. (For reference: Our typical client pays between $200 – $300 per service. This is just an estimate, it could be less or more depending on your specific needs!)

For recurring service, we offer weekly, every 2 week, and every 4 week schedules.

If you have an inflexible budget, we will review your priority list so that we both understand what can and can’t be done within the budget.
